QA Forum 24 Official Poster

As you are well aware, the representatives of the Peace Support Operations Training Centre (PSOTC), have kindly agreed to host the NATO Quality Assurance Forum 24. The event will be held at the Hotel Hills located in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina. It will start at 09.00 AM on Tuesday the 8th of October 24 and conclude the next day, Wednesday, at approximately 1.00 PM.

The Annual NATO QA Forum serves as a platform and a venue for enhancing cooperation and information flow among all institutionally accredited Education and Training Facilities (ETFs), potential newcomers to the NATO QA Programme, and HQ SACT. It sets the conditions for the Programme`s further development, significantly increases information sharing of best practices and lessons learned within the community, and greatly assists with standardization and interoperability.

Additionally, the Forum is used to resolve programming conflicts and finalize the 2025 NATO QA Programme of Work. The associated workshops` agenda will include, but not be limited to Best Practices, Lessons Identified and Lessons Learned, leveraging emergent disruptive technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, to enhance the Quality Management System, QA Hub platform development and way ahead, updates on the upcoming revision of BiSC Directive 075-007, and important projects with potentially significant impact on actual courses like Multi-Domain Operations concept.

The target audience for this event is comprised of the QA managers or Heads of an ETF`s QA teams. ETFs are limited to one or two participants each. The number of seats is limited to 75.
