ITA JAOS recommended for Unconditional Accreditation

Throughout June 26-27, 2024, HQ SACT Quality Assurance Team of Experts (QA ToE) conducted an on-site visit to the Italian Joint Air Operations School (ITA JAOS) located in Guidonia, Italy. Evaluated against the 31 NATO Quality Standards, the institution demonstrated a strong commitment to the Continuous Improvement Process, maintaining an effective Quality Management System (QMS) that enhances the education and individual training delivered for NATO.

The ACT Team of Experts received extraordinary support from the visited Education and Training Facility during the inspection. Leadership and staff were consistently engaged throughout the working sessions of the visit. The feedback received was excellent, and several best practices were identified. This visit reinforced the idea that QA for NATO Education and Training (E&T) is designed to ensure the highest quality for all students, translating this into increased interoperability and a stronger Alliance.

The ITA JAOS will be recommended for UNCONDITIONAL ACCREDITATION for the next six years.
