The NATO Quality Assurance Team of Experts (QA ToE) will conduct an on-site visit at the Public Affairs Regional Centre (PARC), a NATO-Recognised PTEC, located in Skopje, North Macedonia, on December 4–5, 2025. This visit is an essential part of the NATO accreditation process, ensuring that PARC’s education and training programs meet the established NATO Quality Standards.
During this mission, the QA ToE will examine the Centre’s Quality Management System (QMS) together with its continuous improvement process strategies. By verifying these standards, NATO underscores its commitment to educational rigor and interoperable training and education that enables NATO Members and Partner countries to collaborate seamlessly. This process not only strengthens the delivery of educational excellence but also bolsters collective operational cohesion.
The Institutional Accreditation aligns with NATO’s wider strategic objectives to maintain robust education and training initiatives across the Alliance. Such initiatives are crucial for the cooperative defense posture and readiness of NATO forces. By enhancing the quality of training at institutions like PARC, NATO continues to prepare its forces effectively for potential emerging global challenges.
