The Qatar Multidimensional Warfare Training Center (MDIWTC), operating under the General Headquarters of the Qatar Armed Forces, stands as a regional center of excellence in integrated joint training, multidomain operational development, and strategic education. As an accredited Partnership Training and Education Center (PTEC), MDIWTC supports a wide spectrum of exercises—from Computer Assisted Exercises (CAX) and full-spectrum wargames to complex Field/LIVE Exercises—by delivering doctrinally aligned scenarios, force structures (ORBATs), operational vignettes, and country handbooks designed to meet evolving strategic needs.

The Center plays a critical role in operational capability development through its engagement in multinational evaluation processes, including those aligned with the Operational Capability Concept (OCC). This includes advisory visits, planning and implementing remediation actions, and managing evaluation reporting, ensuring tailored, domain-specific mentorship throughout the full evaluation life cycle. MDIWTC also supports multidimensional warfare doctrine by integrating synthetic training environments (STEs), professional military education (PME), and technology-based training solutions that address modern warfighting demands.

To support tomorrow's operational challenges, MDIWTC proactively integrates innovation and experimentation into all training activities, delivering bold, technologically advanced exercises and strategic-level training events. In doing so, it enables faster adaptation, enhances strategic foresight, and reinforces decision superiority across all operational levels.

At the regional level, MDIWTC promotes defence cooperation, interagency knowledge exchange, and capability development by orchestrating high-level seminars, operational briefings, and strategically aligned workshops with a broad spectrum of defence, security, and governmental stakeholders. MDIWTC welcomes collaboration with a wide range of regional and international actors, offering secure, tailored training opportunities that comply with national and institutional security frameworks.

Its mission is to enhance joint force operational readiness and professional military competencies through scenario-driven joint training programs, immersive synthetic training environments (STEs), and multi-domain professional military education (PME). These initiatives directly contribute to reinforcing collective situational awareness, accelerating decision superiority, and sustaining a modern, adaptive force posture in the face of evolving and complex security challenges.
