Template for Proposing a New Feature: 

Feature Request:

1. Feature Name: [State the name of the proposed feature] 

2. Purpose: [Explain why the feature is needed and what problem it solves] 

3. Description: [Briefly describe how the feature should work] 

4. Benefits: [List the main benefits of the feature] 

5. Example Use Case: [Give an example of how this feature can be used]


Example Post Using the Template: 

Feature Request

1. Feature Name: Advanced Search Filters 

2. Purpose: To help users find information quickly by allowing them to filter search results by date, category, relevance, author, and content type. 

3. Description: The feature adds a filter sidebar on the search results page, enabling users to apply multiple filters to narrow down search results. 

4. Benefits: Saves time by quickly finding relevant information. Enhances user experience with a more intuitive search and increases engagement by making it easier to find content.

5. Example Use Case: A user searching for recent discussions on "quality assurance" can filter results to show only posts from the last month.
