The Bundeswehr Logistics School is in the Lucius D. Clay barracks in Garlstedt. Here, in the Bundeswehr's largest training facility, a variety of training, further education and training courses in the areas of logistics and automotive engineering are carried out. As a competence center for logistical training, the Bundeswehr Logistics School also trains in the areas of dangerous goods and the special logistical task of catering.
At the same time, it offers other logistical associations a modern training opportunity that is adapted to current operational requirements. Multinational units are also offered a training area equipped with the most modern systems. The logistics school also provides training facilities for the areas of air conditioning, electrics, mechanics and operating materials as well as the special pipeline infrastructure.
JCTC is the multinational part of the Bundeswehr Logistics School. It's training follows a straightforward but effective principle. Building on the
logistic experience acquired by our multinational training participants during
training at home, JCTC training starts with imparting the fundamentals of
NATO logistics. To this end, the JCTC curriculum among other offers includes
various opportunities for training on the Logistics Functional Area Services
(LOGFAS) logistic command, control and information system and a
JLSG orientation course.
