Building on the previous version 1.9, this enhancement allows users to download analysis results as a PDF file. Moreover, each PDF report is securely stored under the user’s account, offering Accredited Education and Training Facility (ETF) profile managers user role the convenience of revisiting and accessing their analysis history anytime.

This latest feature provides users with increased flexibility and record-keeping options by adding PDF download and storage functions:
Instant PDF Download: After the AI completes its analysis, users can download a comprehensive PDF report detailing areas of compliance and opportunities for improvement in the QA document.
Secure Storage Under User Account: Each report is automatically saved under the user’s account, allowing profile managers to access past analyses directly from the AI Document Analyzer page, even on repeat visits.
Exclusive Access: As with previous features, this functionality is exclusively available to profile managers of Accredited ETFs, reinforcing our commitment to supporting designated QA personnel with the latest tools and secure reliable access.
How It Works
The process for generating and accessing the generate PDF reports is straightforward:
Run the Analysis: Upload a document and let the AI model evaluate it. (Click here to access the tool`s page if you have the required privileges (i.e your account is set as ETF Profile Manager user role)).
Download or Revisit the PDF: Immediately after analysis, users have the option to download the PDF file. Additionally, each report will be stored in the user’s account for future reference.
