Faculty of Security, Logistics and Management (FSLM) is an organizational unit of the WAT, and is responsible for first-and second-level studies in the field of management, as well as classes in social, humanities and economic subjects for civilian and cadet students of all majors at the WAT.
FSLM academics also teach postgraduate courses, in the 2020/2021 academic year on the order of the Ministry of Defense Human Resource Management, but also civilian postgraduate courses "Academy of leadership and communication in organizational management", "Financial analysis and accounting", "Organizational management in the IT environment". In the 2020/2021 academic year, the Institute launched a single master's degree program for the Ministry of Defense in the field of economic logistics.
In addition to teaching activities, FSLM employees conduct scientific research mainly in the social sciences and in the humanities, systematically obtaining successive degrees of scientific promotion.
Currently, the FSLM employs 45 academic staff (3 professors, 9 habilitated doctors, 29 PhDs and 4 MSs) and 3 administrative staff.
