Acting as a NATO Partnership and Regional training centre, PSOTC performs individual education and training of military personnel, police officers and civilians from BiH and other countries in domain of PSO-focused collective security operations, in order to contribute to development of BiH MoD and Armed Forces capabilities for participation in NATO, UN or EU—led collective security operations, thus supporting the overall BiH contribution to international peace and security.
Joining the family of world-leading and most preferable training centres, an indispensable NATO partner in the domain of individual training for peace support operations, fully capable of meeting the expectations of relevant training needs for NATO, but also UN and EU missions.
The core tasks of PSOTC are:
Prepare and deliver high-quality, student-centric, and stakeholder-driven E⁢
Develop QA management, with defined responsibilities, which would effectively enable, monitor, and review PSOTC QAP;
Improve learning and working environment which stimulates students' and staff's creativity, learning, and interaction;
Maintain continuous improvement of organizational performances based on measurement of organizational processes and products, with emphasis on: personnel development, education and training process, students’ welfare and provision of quality resources;
Develop internal information and knowledge management system that would enable effective internal information exchange and establish and maintain an external communication and Public Affairs policy, system and procedures that would enable regular, objective and accurate information update of external stakeholders and community of interest on E&IT activities executed by PSOTC.
