The 3rd Annual Disciplines Forum (ADF), held at the Van der Valk Congress Hotel in Mons, Belgium, from February 19-22, 2024, facilitated by NATO's Supreme Allied Command Transformation and Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, was an essential gathering aimed at synchronizing NATO's education, training, exercise, and evaluation (ETEE) processes. It was particularly focused on supporting the Education and Individual Training (E&IT) initiatives for NATO's command structures.

The forum attracted participants from 22 Centers of Excellence, various NATO Education and Training Facilities, and multiple Partnership Training and Education Centers, collectively reviewing and coordinating efforts across multiple disciplines. Key discussions included the implementation of Multi-Domain Operations (MDO), updating training requirements, and improving the quality assurance across NATO's educational programs.

Several action items were determined during the forum, notably the distribution and continual updating of the MDO implementation plan among NATO Education & Training disciplines and, investigating the potential removal of inactive courses. There was also a significant focus on spreading lessons learned and involving key personnel in Global Programming activities to support various disciplines.

The forum underscored the necessity for ongoing collaboration, experience sharing, and strategic alignment within NATO's complex training ecosystem, setting a solid foundation for subsequent annual forums and ensuring that NATO's training efforts remain robust and responsive to the evolving defense landscape.

Lastly, the decision was made to host the ADF 25 in Mons, Belgium again, to allow an easy participation of RA/DHs.
